🔹روسیه در صورت تهدید جدی حاکمیت و تمامیت ارضی خود و بلاروس می‌تواند از سلاح هسته‌ای استفاده کند.
🔹از جمله شرایط استفاده از سلاح هسته‌ای، پرتاب موشکهای بالستیک علیه روسیه است. [مشخصا می‌توان گفت که منظور روسیه، مجوز بایدن به کی‌یف برای استفاده از موشکهای دوربرد برای حمله به عمق خاک روسیه است.]

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
