❗️Відповідно до загального оборонного плану закупівель, Міністерство оборони Японії у 2024 році розмістило замовлення на закупівлю нових колісних броньованих машин на базі багатофункціональної платформи Mitsubishi MAV.

Загалом було замовлено 32 машини, серед яких: 24 у варіанті колісної БМП (фото 2-4) та 8 у варіанті самохідного міномета (фото 5-7).

Завдяки цьому замовленню, сили самооборони отримають відносно великий парк транспортних засобів на одній базі. Крім того, також буде розміщене замовлення на закупівлю бойової розвідувальної машини (фото 8-10) яка замінить у складі розвідувальних підрозділів БРМ Type 87.
