🚨⚠️پاسخی به «معتادها نمی‌گیرند» www.group-telegram.com/pl/nouritazeh.com ✍️مطالعهٔ منتشره در Molecular Psychiatry, NATURE که یکی از نویسندگان آن خانم نورا وولکف است که سال‌هاست رئیس انستیتو ملی سوءمصرف مواد آمریکاست بر اساس اطلاعات پرونده‌‌های ۷۳ میلیون بیمار که از ایشان ۱۲۰۳۰ نفر تشخیص قطعی کووید-۱۹ داشته‌اند انجام شده. بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه به طور متوسط شانس ابتلا به کووید-۱۹ در بیمارانی که در یک سال اخیر دارای اعتیاد (که بهتر است آن را بیماری با اختلال مصرف مواد بنامیم تا انگ نداشته باشد) بوده‌اند به طور میانگین ۸٫۷ برابر جمعیت عمومی بوده است.
این نسبت برای مواد مختلف یکسان نبوده است.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
