دکتر مونتانیه با اینکه سندی برای اظهارات خود ندارد، مطالبی نادرست را که سبب آسیب کلان به جان و مال و روان مردم می‌شود، نه به‌عنوان سؤال و نه حتی به‌عنوان احتمال، بلکه با اعتماد به‌نفس! به‌عنوان یک پی‌آمد قطعی مطرح می‌کند! آن هم جلوی دوربین! اگر اول این مطلب را با یک آدم مطلع مطرح می‌کرد اعتبار گذشتۀ خود را از بین نمی‌برد و سبب نگرانی و تصمیم اشتباه کسی نمی‌شد، آن هم در این شرایط بسیار خطرناک؛ که نه واکسن، بلکه اظهارات بی‌ملاحظۀ چنین شخصی است که باعث قتل انبوهی از مردم می‌شود. مهار کووید-۱۹ نیاز به دانش کافی، شناخت جامع و صحیح، درایت، دوراندیشی، سرعت و هماهنگی همگان در عمل دارد؛ آنچه سبب اشتباه گروهی از مردم شود نه فقط به خود آن‌ها بلکه به جان و مال و روان تمام مردم آسیب جدی می‌رساند.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
