مرکز نوآوری نوچاد با افتخار دومین دوره از رویداد چادرو را با هدف جذب ایده و استارتاپ جهت ورود به شتابدهنده مرکز نوآوری، برگزار می‌کند. نوچاد از همه ايده‌پردازان، استارتاپ‌ها، كسب وكارهاي خلاق و هسته‌هاي نوآوري كه در راستاي اهداف نوچاد قصد فعاليت دارند، دعوت مي‌كند تا در دومین رويداد جذب ايده و طرح‌هاي فناورانه و نوآورانه (رویداد چادرو 2024) شركت كنند. اين رويداد با هدف شناسايي كسب و كارهاي برتر براي ورود به شتاب دهنده نوچاد برگزار مي‌شود. اين رويداد براي ايده‌ها و كسب و كارهاي نوپای (حداکثر MVP) معدني و صنايع معدني با تأكيد بر دو محور اصلي هوش مصنوعی و هوشمندسازی (در زنجیره ارزش فولاد)، پذيراي ايده‌ها است.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
