Реально ли завершение ГВ положительно влияет на ночной сон?
Опираясь на свой опыт, скажу, что да! У нас с этого момента прошло чуть больше месяца, и уже можно делать какие-то выводы.
Так вот, ночной сон стал лучше практически сразу после того, как ГВ ушло из нашей жизни. Хотя морально я готовилась к тому, что дело может быть не только в нем.
Что изменилось:
🌛Вместо стабильных 3 просыпаний сейчас у нас 1 или их нет вообще 🌛Дима научился склеивать фазы сна 🌛Я все больше похожа на человека
Просыпание я связываю с прорезыванием моляров, потому что вне этого периода, все спокойно 👌 Что ж, осталось пережить еще 4 дальних, и поводов для беспокойства станет еще меньше.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
