Абаканский гарнизонный военный суд, рассмотрев ходатайство органа следствия, продлил срок содержания под стражей в отношении военнослужащего до 4-х месяцев 1 суток, то есть по 23 февраля 2025 г., включительно. Органами предварительного следствия рядовой обвиняется в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ, а именно – в покушении на убийство гражданина Б. Постановление не вступило в законную силу и может быть обжаловано в установленном законом порядке.
