Обвиняемая под предлогом продажи туристических путевок за границу собирала с клиентов полную предоплату, но обязательства так и не выполняла.
Следствие установило, что мошенническая схема действовала с февраля 2022 года по август 2023 года. Подсудимая, жительница Хабаровска, была одновременно учредителем и директором туристической фирмы с офисом в центре города.
