Ситуация какая.. Трамп сказал, что я поручаю Маску навести порядок в государственном управлении. И этот вопрос, он такого же веса и значения, что и Манхэттенский проект. Убрать всю эту нынешнюю систему управления. Вырезать.
Как версия: они оцифруют все процессы и сделают их открытыми. А кому это понравится? Многим не понравится наверняка. @AndreyDevyatov
