❗The first group of Russian soldiers under the age of 25 has been returned from Kiev-controlled territory as part of the Istanbul agreements, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
In exchange, a similar number of Ukrainian prisoners of war were transferred to Ukraine.
They are currently in Belarus, where they are receiving the necessary psychological and medical assistance.
All Russian military personnel will be transported to the Russian Federation for treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions, the defense department emphasized.
