وليس هو مشرّعاً ليحقّ له أن يغيّر في الأحكام حسب ما يظنّه من مستجدّات بزعم جعلها بذلك ملائمة للعصر، كما يلاحظ مثله في سلوك بعض أدعياء الفقاهة ممّن يحاولون إضفاء صيغة صناعيّة علميّة على ما يزعمون أنّه مقتضى ملائمة الدين الإسلاميّ لكلّ عصر وزمان، وهذا منحى خطير يجرّ صاحبه إلى مخالفة أحكام مسلّمة واضحة الثبات، كما وقع فيها عدد منهم في جملة من الموارد.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
