Сегодня 9 дней, как Егор находится в карантине ИК - 5. По непонятным причинам ему отказано в переписке, письма для него имеют статус "Задержано". Что является прямым нарушением Приказа Минюста N 110 от 04.07.2022.

Сегодня адвокату было отказано в допуске к Егору. Сотрудники ИК - 5, не ссылаясь ни на какой закон, указ или приказ, сказали, что для посещения адвоката необходимо письменное заявление от Егора.
Каким образом Егор, находясь в карантине и не имея возможности получать письма или осуществлять звонки, должен узнать, что ему нужно написать данное заявление, сотрудники не уточнили.
