Кабачковые оладушки:
🟢2 средних молодых кабачка 🔵1 средняя морковь 🔴2 яйца ⚪3-4 ст. л. рисовой муки 🟢специи по вкусу
Натереть кабачок на крупной тёрке, морковь - на мелкой, подождать минут 5-10 и хорошенько отжать сок. Добавить остальные ингредиенты и обжарить оладьи на сковороде с каплей масла на среднем огне до румяности.
Для соуса:
смешать натуральный йогурт или сметану, любимую зелень, чесночок, соль, специи.
