Я подаю три иска в Верховный Суд. Главный — об оспаривании отказа в регистрации

Подписи в мою поддержку оставляли живые люди. Многие подписи были забракованы из-за незначительного несоответствия адреса в паспорте и в справке МВД.

Для того, чтобы оспорить отказ в моей регистрации, необходимо связаться с тысячами граждан по всей России. Так мы сможем оспорить несоответствия.

Но для этого нужно время. По этой причине главный иск мы подадим позже, до 16 февраля. Сегодня подаем два других: об оспаривании формы ведомости и об оспаривании формы нотариального списка сборщиков.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
