@LuttrellArms The Luttrell Arms (32-36 High St, #Dunster, #Minehead, #TA24) is a historic inn #Dunster, #Somerset, #England was built in the late 15th century and sits in the centre of the #medieval town of #Dunster. The property occupies the site of three old houses recorded from 1443, during which time two of them were conveyed to Richard Luttrell by William Dodesham. This lovely building was formerly a guest house for the Abbots of #CleeveAbbey. This Grade II listed treasure also has a 15th century window in the bar. The hotel has heavy molded oak ceiling beams, ornate plasterwork, an open timber roof with moulded arch braces, purlins, curved wind braces, a two-story gabled porch with a four-centered arch entrance, a medieval hall with a hammer beam roof, 12 light windows and a host of other spectacular features. It's rare we see such well preserved building dating to the 1400's. So, to be able to walk in for a drink is really something special. 🍻

The Lost Legend Of British Boxing - #RIP The Thomas A Becket (320 #OldKentRoad, South #London, #SE1) 🥊🍻

#RIP to a legend in the boxing world. This pub once hosted an almighty boxing gym that saw and produced world-class fighters. As well as this, the pub was a chance for local people to earn a few bob or even make themselves wealthy. Just like the Docklands of East London, this area of South London was made up of dock workers living in pre/post war England. The people of south London's Docklands had next to nothing other than each other, be it for better or for worse. Generations of #Londoners witnessed the massive changes that saw them move out to suburbs like #Kent, leaving this once proud area to become hyper-modernized.

Americans, as much as I love you, this is an unacceptable drinking establishment. I honestly don't even know where to begin, I feel like Gordon Ramsay when he's about to implode. Please seek advice from the homelands as soon as possible. 🤝

It would be homophobic of me to offend Craft Beer drinkers. So I won't.
Things were a lot better before we watched thee become a lot worse.
