Сотрудники крупнейшей больницы имени Страдыня теперь обязаны заполнять специальные анкеты по запросу госбезопасности. В этих анкетах необходимо указать, в какую страну и с какой целью они выезжали.
Отдельным пунктом предусмотрена информация о контактах с гражданами третьих стран. Врачи должны сообщить время и место встречи, имя, фамилию, возраст и род занятий контактного лица, а также характер связи (родственник, знакомый, одноклассник), обстоятельства знакомства и детали контактов (очно, по электронной почте, по телефону с указанием данных).
Некоторые учреждения уже обратились в Госинспекцию с вопросом о законности такого сбора информации.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
