Арбитражный суд Рязанской области рассмотрел иск Министерства промышленности и торговли РФ к АО «Русская кожа». Об этом сообщается в картотеке дела.

Напомним, Минпромторг требовал взыскать с рязанского АО «Русская кожа» около 50 млн рублей, из них субсидий на сумму 29 млн рублей и пени за период с 29 декабря 2017 года по 22 августа 2023 года в размере около 21 млн рублей.
