Сергей Лавров высоко отметил вклад Бадры Гунба в укрепление российско-абхазских отношений
Глава МИД РФ Сергей Лавров выразил интерес России к дальнейшему укреплению связей с Абхазией в ходе встречи с политическим деятелем Бадрой Гунба.
Лавров отметил рост товарооборота и увеличение ВВП Абхазии на 8% в прошлом году, уверив, что потенциал в таких отраслях, как энергетика и туризм, обеспечит дальнейший экономический рост и улучшение социальной ситуации.
Министр подчеркнул важность скорейшего открытия аэропорта в Сухуме, что значительно повысит туристическую привлекательность Абхазии.
Также Лавров выразил надежду, что предстоящие досрочные выборы президента Абхазии пройдут мирно, в соответствии с Конституцией, без эксцессов.
Гунба, в свою очередь, отметил, что Россия для Абхазии является важным гарантом мира и стабильности, поблагодарив за многолетнюю поддержку и признание независимости страны.
