Он лично позвонил Самвелу Дашян и вызвал на разговор. К месту встречи подъехали друзья Хагуш, среди которых был депутат Гагрского районного Собрания, которые начали избивать Самвела Дашян.
Избиение остановили случайно проезжавшие мимо люди, которые увидев, что несколько человек избивают одного, решили вмешаться.
