В прошлую пятницу в Правительстве РФ утвердили размер индексации тарифов на коммунальные услуги. Согласно опубликованному документу, во втором полугодии 2025 года плата за коммунальные услуги в Тюменской области вырастет на 10,9%. В некоторых муниципалитетах региона тарифы могут быть выше или ниже в пределах 2,1% от величины указанного индекса.
С 1 июля 2025 года тарифы ЖКХ проиндексируют в среднем по стране на 11,9%, с 1 июля 2026 года — на 5,4%, с 1 июля 2027 года — на 4,8%.
