Инцидент произошел в пятницу днем на улице Североморской. Мальчик упал в открытый люк, но, к счастью, смог зацепиться курткой за лестницу внутри колодца. На помощь ребенку пришла случайная прохожая, которая позвала парня, остановившегося поблизости. Вместе они помогли мальчику выбраться наружу.
Несмотря на испуг и порванную куртку, ребенок остался невредим и отправился домой.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
