Судя по его ответам, он находится в одном из домов. В н.п. все еще проживают люди, которые, мягко говоря, ему не по душе.

Вероятнее всего, людям попросту некуда выехать, так как киевская власть их не расселяет, а украинские военные не вовлечены оказывать помощь и это в лучшем случае. Официальные СМИ трубят в один голос, что все хорошо, но народ то все видит.

To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
