Завершаем серию отчётов новостями со строительной площадки клубного «Дома XXII»

В одном из самых респектабельных районов Москвы появится дом для тех, кто уверенно смотрит в будущее. Его резиденты смогут прогуливаться в собственном приусадебном парке, где раскинется тениста дубовая аллея с фонтанами, появятся пруд с живописным мостиком и укромная галерея-берсо.

Общая готовность «Дома XXII» — 16%, готовность монолита — 45%.

На данный момент на строительной площадке завершено бетонирование -3, -2-го и -1-го этажей. В полном объёме выполнен демонтаж распорной системы.

Приступили к бетонированию вертикальных конструкций и плиты перекрытия 1-го этажа, выполнено 25%.

На строительной площадке задействовано 186 рабочих, 24 инженерно-технических работника и 8 единиц техники.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
