В Волчанске на одну из школьниц, которая избила шестиклассницу до сотрясения мозга, завели уголовное дело по статье о побоях.
«В отношении 17-летней подозреваемой возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного первой частью статьи 116 УК РФ (Побои). В ходе расследования для определения степени тяжести вреда, причиненного здоровью пострадавшей, будет проведена судебно-медицинская экспертиза», — сообщили в пресс-службе ведомства.
Также следователи допросят школьниц, их родителей и сотрудников школы. В СК добавили, что выясняют причины и условия драки.
