في ظل كثرة الإنشغالات والركض في هذه الحياة وسرعتها ، اربط مواعيدك بمواقيت الصلاة اجعل تنظيم حياتك مرتبط بتنظيم مواعيد الصلاة ، اجعل تلك المواعيد تتبارك ببركة الصلاة بأن ارتبطت بها گ " قبل صلاة المغرب ، بعد صلاة العشاء ، بعد صلاة الفجر .... وهكذا " سيرتبط في ذهنك موعد الصلاة سيكون تركيزك على ماقبلها وبعدها ، فـ كثرة تكرار ذلك وتعدده و تنوعه مابين الصلوات الخمس يجعل الذهن يرتبط بما يتكرر نطقه و تكون هناك برمجة نفسية وجسدية وعقلية لتلك المواعيد ، فتدخل فيمن تعلق قلبه بالصلاة بل وارتبط تنظيم حياته بها ، ضف إلى ذلك أثره على من تعرف ومن حولك حتى الصغار ستكون لها تأثير عليهم بل ويقلدون ذلك حتى تُحبب لهم تلك المواعيد و ستكون سمة تميزك وأثر لك تُعرف به ✍🏻

WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019.
