🔸 Встреча организована еврейской общиной Штутгарта совместно с председателем Всегерманского совета ветеранов, узников гетто и блокадников Ленинграда Александром Резницким. В мероприятии приняли участие 50 жителей блокадного Ленинграда.

📜 В рамках торжественной части были зачитаны поздравления губернатора Санкт-Петербурга А.Д.Беглова и Генерального консула России в Бонне О.Ю.Красницкого с 81-летием освобождения Ленинграда от фашистской блокады.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said.
