В отношении Абушаева было заведено уголовное дело по факту махинаций с землей в Надеждинском районе. Сейчас его уголовное дело приостановлено, хотя другие фигуранты этого дела остаются под следствием. Так, бывшему вице-мэру Уссурийска Максиму Стефаненко недавно смягчили меру пресечения. Его перевели под домашний арест.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram.
