Сегодня ушел из жизни Владимир Титов, близкий друг, с которым мы многие десятилетия делили радости и невзгоды дипломатических будней, вместе праздновали и горевали, общались семьями и были активными спортсменами. Володя обладал жестким характером, который в Министерстве иностранных дел знали, его уважали, но часто и побаивались. В целом он был незаурядным человеком, умел принимать и отстаивать собственные решения. Скажу прямо, для меня случившееся - большое личное горе! Владимир Геннадиевич навсегда останется с нами и в нас. Царствие ему Небесное!
