Суперфиналистка пятого конкурса «Лидеры России», глава Акимовского района Запорожской области Юлия Губанова вступила в ряды добровольческого отряда «БАРС-САРМАТ». Его основная задача — испытания роботизированных электронных комплексов и систем на линии боевого соприкосновения. В состав отряда входят научно-технический центр и боевое крыло.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly.
