К слову, похожая ситуация была и с разваленной системой здравоохранения Рязанской области. Бардак врио губернатора разглядел, но исправлять его даже не начал.
Видимо, Малков не осознает, что такая медлительность очень быстроснижаетего предвыборные рейтинги.
