В рамках кинофорума пройдут творческие встречи, концерты и кинопоказы в Омске и районах области. Кроме того, участники посетят малую родину Михаила Ульянова - город Тару.
В киноцентре «Вавилон» в дни фестиваля можно будет ознакомиться с фильмами-конкурсантами. Вход на все мероприятия свободный.
Кинофорум проходит при поддержке Президентского фонда культурных инициатив.
