За сферы ЖКХ, транспорта и инженерной инфраструктуры будет отвечать Павел Индучный. До этого четыре года он работал замруководителя по ЖКХ и инженерке. В 2010-х два года руководил Белводоканалом и успел два месяца пробыть и.о. руководителя тогда ещё управления ЖКХ региона.
Ранее первым замом Куташовой стал Олег Каширин, возглавлявший до этого посёлок Северный в Белгородском районе.
