Olima 1965-yilda M.V. Lomonosov nomidagi Moskva davlat universitetining kimyo fakultetini tamomlagan. 1971-yilda nomzodlik, 1983-yilda doktorlik ishlarini muvaffaqiyatli himoya qilgan. O‘zR FA muxbir a’zosi (1994), O‘zR FA akademigi (2000), professor (1984), O‘zbekiston Respublikasida xizmat ko‘rsatgan Fan arbobi faxriy unvoni (1993), “O‘zbekiston belgisi” ko‘krak nishoni (1997), “Do‘stlik ordeni” (1999), “Yuksak xizmatlari uchun” (2000), “El-yurt hurmati” (2003), “Fidokorona xizmatlari uchun” (2019) ordenlari, “Mo‘’tabar ayol” ko‘krak nishoni (2021) bilan taqdirlangan.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK.
