Первый проект предполагает создание производства вентиляционного оборудования и федерального логистического центра компании «Ноиззлесс» на территории Портовой особой экономической зоны.
По второму проекту планируется строительство птицефабрики по производству инкубационного яйца компании «Центр современных энергосберегающих технологий» на территории ТОСЭР «Димитровград».
