В этот раз не КПТ – эффективный метод, на мой взгляд, для решения запросов, когда нужно получить быстрый результат, а юнгианский подход. Давно присматривалась. И решилась.
После сегодняшней сессии, записала себе цитату психолога: сколько заходишь в лес, столько и выходить.
