با درود و احترام. انجمن علمی علوم سیاسی در سال گذشته (۱۴۰۱) اقدام به تشکیل کانون کتاب‌خوانی نمود که با مخالفت بخش کانون‌های دانشگاه شهید بهشتی (به‌دلیل آن‌چه عدم تطابق با آیین‌نامۀ وزارت علوم نامیده شد)، فعالیت آن، پیش‌از شروع، لغو و منتفی گردید. به همین جهت، در همین کانال با همکاری نشریه جدال، در طرح #جمعه_با_کتاب، به نقد یا معرفی کتاب‌هایی در حوزه‌های #علوم_سیاسی، #علوم_اجتماعی، #تاریخ_معاصر، #روابط_بین_الملل و #اقتصاد_سیاسی خواهیم پرداخت. از دانشجویان و علاقه‌مندان دعوت به عمل می‌آوریم تا در صورت تمایل، نوشته‌های کوتاه خود را پیرامون نقد (و) یا معرفی یکی از کتاب‌های این حوزه، جهت انتشار به آیدی @rahmati_alir ارسال نمایند.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
