Самое серьезное падение было зафиксировано в ом числе в декабре, когда было заключено сделок на 2,1 млн кв. м, что на 43% меньше год к году. После отмены с 1 июля 2024 года массовой программы льготной ипотеки ежемесячные продажи новостроек во второй полугодии оказались на уровне около 2 млн кв. м, что на 18% ниже среднего уровня первой половины года.
