С 2012 года началась активная застройка данного микрорайона многоквартирными домами. На сегодняшний день здесь построено 30 домов, общей площадью 191 тыс кв.м. Проживают семьи с детьми. Поэтому тема обеспеченности местами в дошкольных и образовательных учреждениях в таком густонаселенном микрорайоне является очень актуальной.
Вопрос строительства детского сада в этой части города неоднократно рассматривался Главой региона Юрием Зайцевым. И в результате долгих диалогов с нашими застройщиками, а в этом квартале работают строительные организации "Континент", "ПМК-3", "Медведевская ПМК" и "Салют", нам удалось достигнуть договоренностей, чтобы они приняли решение о начале строительства детского сада↘️
