Победа в лицах: Розалия Францевна Смирнова

Розалия Францевна отправилась на фронт в ноябре 1943 года, после освобождения ее родной Херсонской области от фашистских захватчиков. До победного мая 1945-го она воевала в составе 3-го Белорусского фронта. Смирнова награждена орденом Отечественной войны II степени, медалями «За взятие Кенигсберга», «За Победу над Германией», а в 2022 году она получила медаль «За защиту Республики Крым».

Розалия Францевна вышла замуж за офицера Советской Армии, с которым познакомилась во время войны. Её муж проходил службу в Литве, на Дальнем Востоке, был военным советником в Сомали. В 1981 году семья переехала в Симферополь.

Лично поблагодарил Розалию Францевну за то, что и она, и все наши ветераны сделали для страны и для каждого из нас.
