Сегодня, на Театральной площади в центре города Луганск, украсили нашу новогоднюю елку. Главными игрушками стали символы Меловщины.

Выражаю огромную благодарность всем жителям Меловского округа, которые приняли участие в изготовление новогодних игрушек. Они станут не только символом новогоднего настроения, но и расскажут о традициях, истории и культуре нашей малой Родины.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
