«Постановлением Таганского районного суда города Москвы Вану Вурдену Харри Йоханесу избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на срок 2 месяца, то есть до 3 декабря 2024 года», — говорится в сообщении.
По данной статье (ч. 2 ст. 318 УК) ему грозит до 10 лет лишения свободы.
По данным «РИА Новости», инцидент произошел возле станции метро «Смоленская», иностранец ударил полицейского по лицу после замечания о сбитом дорожном знаке.
