Наличие российского гражданства у детей до 14 лет удостоверяется свидетельством о рождении только при условии наличия в нем соответствующего штампа, сообщает Посольство России в Абхазии.
Заявители, ранее оформившие гражданство детям до 14 лет в Посольстве России в Абхазии без получения паспорта, могут обратиться в Посольство, чтобы поставить в свидетельство о рождении штамп о гражданстве.
Если же свидетельство о рождении было получено на территории России, то Посольство настоятельно рекомендует обращаться за проставлением штампа о гражданстве в органы МВД России на территории России.
