Оказывается, что начальник УМВД РФ по Всеволожскому району Ленобласти полковник полиции Анатолий Иоган уже не первый день руководит Управлением полиции по городу Тверь. Впрочем, на официальном сайте всеволожских правоохранителей менять красивую фамилию Иоган не спешат.
Напомним, что руководить УМВД по всей Тверской области был назначен бывший замруководителя петербургского Главка Романа Плугина – генерал-майор Дмитрий Баранов. Не для кого не секрет, что Баранов и Иоган были по-дружески близки.
Получается, что в Твери и области стоит ожидать приятельскую атмосферу, пока в Петербурге и Ленобласти продолжают гулять холодные порывистые ветра перемен.

They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
