Кроме этого, перевыпустить карту дистанционно теперь не получится, обязательно потребуется личное присутствие клиента. Граждан стран ЕАЭС это норма пока не затронет. Также с 10 до 5 снижено число карт, которыми может обладать один человек, чтобы его не заподозрили в дропперстве.

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
