✅ з початку 2025 року за Державною програмою «Доступні кредити 5-7-9%» підприємці отримали 516 пільгових кредитів на загальну суму 2 млрд грн, з яких за минулий тиждень – 83 кредити на понад 0,5 млрд грн; ✅ за час дії в Україні воєнного стану – 69 404 пільгові кредити на 272,4 млрд грн; ✅ усього з моменту старту Програми підписано 104 226 кредитних договорів на 362 млрд гривень.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
