Я конечно люблю компанию AVA (правда). Но сегодня про них ещё один пример😉

ЖК Небо. Скидка на готовые квартиры закончилась. И по однушкам остались единичные варианты. Наверное, компания считает, что торопиться некуда и лучше медленно продавать, но дорого.

Вообще, я считаю сейчас в Урале и Небо не время покупать квартиру, скорее всего продажи просядут и я жду акций и скидок от этой компании в феврале. Потому что по моему скромному мнению, они не в рынке.

Итак, Небо.

1. В начале января 5650тр за наличку и по ипотеке ВТБ.
2. Сейчас за наличку 7023тр
3. По семейной ипотеке 8087тр

Да, там 3 университета и нет конкуренции, уже ничего не построят. Но 8 млн за однушку без ремонта! 8 млн Карл! Бред? Бред!
