Программа и так имела много ограничений, одобрения и сделки проходили с большими трудностями.
В частности, ипотеку можно было оформить только на остаток долга продавца, под ту же процентную ставку и срок, к тому же не подходили ипотеки выданные под льготные программы (господдержка, семейная).
Теперь программа доступна только для ближайших родственников. Всё)
