Наши "старые знакомые" компания Квертус, видимо не получив целевого финансирования от украинского минобороны начали "благотворительный сбор" на производство и установку вдоль ЛБС своего нового проекта Атлас.

Сообщается, что в систему войдут средства РЭР и РЭБ.
Сообщается, что системы супер РЭБ "будут незаметны для российской РЭР" (Тут физика незаметно вышла из чата).

Видимо по-этому на данной презентации амбосадорами выступили глава Николаевский области Ким и украинская саблистка!

А собрать предстоит ни много, ни мало, а 123 млн. долларов.

👆 Ну а если серьезно, противник предпринимает попытки к созданию пространственно распределенных систем РЭБ для противодействия БПЛА вдоль всей ЛБС. Пусть пока и на общественных началах.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
