Для формы 20см: 600г творога 9% 120г сахара 4 яйца 250г греческого йогурта 30г кукурузного крахмала
💋 Яйца разделяем на белки и желтки. Творог пробиваем блендером с желтками, йогуртом и крахмалом до однородности 💋 Белок взбиваем в пену, затем добавляем сахар и взбиваем меренгу до устойчивых пиков 💋 Добавляем в несколько этапов белок к творожной массе лопаткой, снизу вверх, сохраняя пышность 💋 Выливаем в форму, застеленную пергаментом, и отправляем в духовку, разогретую до 160 градусов на 50 минут 💋 Выключаем духовку, приоткрываем дверцу и даем полностью остыть. Сверху можно смазать йогуртом, украсить ягодами и посыпать сахарной пудрой
