Отправил клиентку в суд с заявлением об отмене заочного решения. Сдать его без приключений не получилось, вся суть на скрине ☝️🏻
Что осталось за кадром: работник суда был крайне недоволен когда клиентка пыталась доказать ему, что он не прав. Нужную статью он все же посмотрел, понял свою ошибку и документы принял.
